Secure access that works for every employee
Not every employee has a company email address. PeopleIQ supports configurable account activation and recovery options so organisations can give employees secure access without relying on email alone.
Company email login
Standard login using a company-issued email address and password.
Personal email
Employees without company email can register using their personal email address.
Employee number login
Employees log in using their employee number combined with a verified credential.
SMS OTP
One-time code sent to a verified mobile number for login or account recovery.
Authenticator app
Two-factor authentication via TOTP authenticator applications for enhanced security.
HR-assisted activation
Authorised HR users generate a short-lived, single-use code for employees without email or mobile access.
HR-assisted activation
Where an employee cannot receive an email or SMS, an authorised HR user can complete the organisation's identity-verification process and generate a short-lived, single-use activation code.
The employee uses the code once to create their own password. HR never sees or controls the employee's permanent password. This is HR-assisted activation not permanent HR access to the employee account.
